Do I need an appointment?    

In order for us to ensure that you receive the best service and undivided attention from our staff, we do require you to make an appointment.

Do you charge for appointments?   

We do not charge nor do we take a credit card to hold a slot for you!

When should I book my appointment?   

We advise that you book your appointment at least 3 months in advance. However, we if you call for last minute appointments, we request that you do so by booking online at least 5 days in advance.

How far out should I book my appointment with The Wedding Shoppe?  

We allow appointments to be made as far out as 6 months in advance but we suggest that you book your appointment as soon as you are ready to seriously shop for your dream dress.

How long will my appointment be?  

Bridal appointments will be approximately 90 minutes, as we have you work one-on-one with one of our bridal stylists.

How many people can I bring with me and who should I bring?  

We totally understand the need for a bridal entourage! Although we do not have a limit, we do suggest 3 people who you trust to accompany you during your bridal gown appointment.

What is a Trunk Show?   

A Trunk Show is an event that we host where one of our designers sends in his or hers entire collection so that you can get a full preview of gowns not yet in salons.

What is the price range of the gowns in your collection? 

Our couture collection consists of gowns within various prices that range between $1700 - $10,000.  We also have a Sample Sale Room, where we sell stock pieces from our collection at a discounted rate.

What is the size range of the gowns found in your collection?  

The size range of the gowns found in our collection are from 8-16. Please note that bridal size gowns are different than typical street size measurements, so it is best to go off your actual measurements to determine your bridal gown size.

Is there Parking available?  

Yes, we are located in the Eagle Village Shops Plaza which has plenty of parking available.

What is your payment process?  (Am I required to pay in full?)  

With all orders of bridal gowns, we require an initial deposit of 50—60 % down during the time of purchase. This enables us to order your wedding gown from the designer and initiate the made to order process.  Once the gown arrives to our store, the remaining balance is due. Please be advised that we accept all major credit cards.

Do you sell Bridesmaids and Mothers of the Bride and Groom? Flower Girls? Accessories?  

Yes! The Wedding Shoppe is a full-service, one-stop shop that also carries Special Occasion, Mothers, Flower Girls, and Accessories.

Do you offer alterations?  

Yes , we do offer alterations for our customers only.

Are men allowed in the salon? 

Absolutely - men are allowed in the salon.

Are children allowed in the salon? 

Yes - children are allowed in the salon. The Wedding Shoppe loves children!

Am I allowed to take pictures during my appointment? 

To ensure that you receive the best experience, we do allow brides to take pictures during your appointment.
